Your order's journey

1

Order confirmedWe received your order and payment. A confirmation email is in your inbox (check spam/promotions).
2

Quality check & packingEvery case is checked for fit and finish before it's packed for your iPhone Duo.
3

Handed to the carrierYou get a tracking number. The first scan can take 24–48 hours to appear.
4

In transitYour parcel moves through sorting hubs. Some stretches have no scans — this is normal.
5

Out for deliveryYour local postal service delivers it. Tracking usually updates once it reaches your country.

Tracking hasn't moved in a few days?

That almost always means your parcel is between checkpoints, not lost. Scans happen at hubs, not continuously. If there's no update for 7 days in a row, email us and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Quick answers

My tracking says "label created" or "info received"

Your order is packed and the shipping label exists. The carrier hasn't scanned it yet — this usually updates within 24–48 hours.

I ordered during presale — when does it ship?

Presale orders ship in the order they were placed. You'll get an email with your tracking number the moment yours leaves us, and delivery times above start from that date.

The carrier or tracking number changed

Normal for international parcels. Your package is handed from an international carrier to your local postal service (e.g. USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post). Paste the new number into your local carrier's site, or keep using this page.

Tracking shows a city or country I don't recognize

Those are sorting and export hubs on the route to you. It doesn't mean your parcel went to the wrong place.

It says delivered but I don't have it

Check mailboxes, parcel lockers, reception, and neighbors — carriers often mark delivered a day early. Still missing after 48 hours? Email us with your order number and we'll handle it with the carrier.

I need to change my address

Email us right away with your order number. We can update it before it ships; after that, we'll do our best with the carrier.
